We’re celebrating home football games with a family-friendly Traditions Tailgate every Saturday until the end of the season!

Traditions on the Lake will open early to serve brunch before noon games, and air the game on the TVs throughout the resort. The party starts a little later for evening games with a Clemson-style BBQ on Lake Hartwell with purchasable boxed meals featuring all your tailgating favorites. Our cash bar will be open for both afternoon and evening games, and you’re welcome to bring your own chairs, tents, and essentials to continue the fun on our striped and ready football field.

The tailgate celebrations are open to the public, and we will abide by all local and state laws concerning gatherings. We're committed to creating a fun and safe atmosphere for everyone. Additional sanitation protocols are in place throughout the entire resort, and social distancing is encouraged.

Here are all the details you need:

• Depending on Game Time, our on-site restaurant Traditions on the Lake will serve brunch before and during the game, or mouth-watering barbecue boxes will be prepared and served in disposable containers for purchase with your choice of:

  • Half-rack of St. Louis-Style Ribs
  • BBQ pork sandwich
  • Hot dog
  • Ala carte sides of coleslaw, mac and cheese, or baked beans.
• Feel free to bring all your tailgating essentials, including your own chairs and tents.
• State laws prohibit guests from bringing alcoholic beverages onto the premises. However, we will have a full cash bar under the gazebo, just steps away from the field.
